Office Administrator

Position Description
Providing comprehensive support across a variety of day-to-day administrative functions, this position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to contributing to the overall organization of the office.

 

Position Responsibilities
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes and tasks.
• Assisting with coordination of Human Resources and Health and Safety functions.
• Reception of employees, clients, and guests.
• Answering telephone inquiries, taking messages and coordinating contact.
• Maintaining and organizing documentation.
• Routine administrative tasks including general reception, printing, photocopying and binding documents, ensuring adequate inventory of supplies, and general clerical duties.

 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated abilities in administration along with associated qualifications and certifications; a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field and 3+ years relevant experience. Applicants must have excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, be detail-oriented, and have an intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office.
This position is classified as full time. Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications ($23.25 + per hour ). Project Administrator

Position Description
Coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project workflows, and providing essential support to TBTE’s diverse group of engineering divisions and technical teams.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes and track action items.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure availability and completion of project documentation including preparation of project health and safety documentation.
  • Assist with organization of proposal documents and preparation of proposals and quotations.

 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in administration with a focus on supporting successful project delivery in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment; underscored by relevant qualifications; a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field relevant to the position, and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience.

 

This position is classified as full time.
