TBT Surveyors Inc (a TBTE company) provides a full range of professional engineering survey services to both the public and private sectors.  The company is managed by Mr. Chris Zappe, who has over 15 years of experience in surveys and plans development though-out Northwestern Ontario.

Chris and his survey crews have assisted with completion of design projects involving roads, bridges, tailings dams, river dredging operations, aggregate resource plans, environmental monitoring plans, subdivisions, base maps, route studies and planning studies.  TBT Surveyors Inc has vast expertise in cost estimation and quantity surveying and can also assist in construction site inspection and supervision.


At TBT Engineering, we provide complete engineering services for road improvements, new road construction and highway maintenance systems. We manage all aspects of highway engineering projects, including consulting, researching and planning, designing, and building.

TBT Engineering can provide clients with feasibility studies that outline the scope of the project, summarizing preferred routes, possible alternatives, assumptions, any environmental and social considerations, economic justification, as well as interim and final reports.
