TBT Engineering Big Bike Raises $4,029 for Heart and Stroke!

On Tuesday May 23, 2017 TBT Engineering staff and families took part in the Heart and Stroke Big Bike in order to raise awareness and money for life saving Heart and Stroke research.

This year our team raised $4,029.01 for Heart and Stroke, a new team record!  (Last year’s total was $3545.)

We’d like to take time to say THANK YOU to everyone that donated to a family member, friend, coworker, and those who self-sponsored!!!

None of this would be possible without the kind support of coworkers, friends, and family.

In addition to riding the Big Bike, TBT Engineering helped champion the Big Bike initiative by sponsoring an Escort Truck for the last 2 years in order to help ensure the safety of everyone riding the Big Bike.

Truly a “team effort!”

TBT ENGINEERING Participates In 2016 Heart & Stroke Big Bike Campaign!

On Tuesday, May 17, 2016 TBT ENGINEERING participated in the 2016 Heart & Stroke Big Bike Campaign to raise both funds and awareness for those affected by heart disease. 29 staff members embarked on a sunny 16-minute bike ride which took us from the Best Western (DAYS INN) around Confederation College and onto the Harbour Expressway for the final leg of our journey! We were motivated to return to this worthwhile campaign by the knowledge that we were riding to raise money for those affected by heart disease and the hope that our contribution would help to save a life. By the end of the campaign, TBT Engineering and its staff raised just under $4,000.00 for Heart and Stroke research.

TBT Engineering Participates In 2015 Heart & Stroke BIG BIKE Campaign!

On Thursday, May 14, 2015 TBT Engineering participated in the 2015 Heart and Stroke Big Bike Campaign to raise both funds and awareness for those affected.  29 staff members embarked on a rainy 20-minute bike ride which took us from the DaVinci around Arthur Street and Victoria Avenue and back.  It was cold, it was wet; but more than anything… it was fun!  Our spirits were raised by the knowledge that we were riding to raise money for those affected by heart disease and the hope that our contribution would help to save a life.  By the end of the campaign, TBT Engineering and its staff raised just over $2,100.00 for Heart and Stroke research.
