TBTE Social Distance Lunches
During the summer, we like to get together with our coworkers. Enjoy the summer weather, eat some good food and take a break during our busy season.
This year, COVID put our usual events on hold. To keep our employees safe, we sent them to work from home. It was hard to not see everyone like we were so used to.
So we found a solution! Since our grounds are so large, we were able to invite our employees back to enjoy an outdoors, social distance lunch. Every few weeks, we would order lunch from a local restaurant and eat with everyone we missed so much. Even if it was just for an hour, and even if it spaced apart, getting together again brought back a sense of normalcy.
