Leading in preparation of designs, plans, and specifications, specializing in electrical systems and power distribution solutions for commercial and institutional settings. A strong focus on preparing designs, plans, specifications, contract documents and detailed cost estimates.

Position Responsibilities
• Lead engineering, technical, project management and administrative direction on projects.
• Develop, verify, and finalize technical reporting and deliverables.
• Lead project teams, manage resource loading, employee training and professional development initiatives.
• Oversee and develop budgets, cost estimates, and manage project financial considerations.
• Conduct research, reviews, inspections, and technical investigations.
• Prepare proposals and actively participate in engagement with clients, government organizations, the public and suppliers.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated technical skills in electrical engineering design and contract administration, underscored by relevant qualifications; a degree in Electrical Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer with P.E.O.  A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the field is expected, coupled with an understanding of pertinent building codes and design software.

This position is classified as full time. Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications ($95,000.00+ per year). Position Description
Spearheading the preparation of detailed designs, engineering analysis, plans, specifications, contract documents, and comprehensive cost estimates, with a focus on collaborating with our diverse engineering divisions.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical engineering design and analysis, including foundation design and slope stability analysis.
• Oversee and interpret geotechnical site investigations, including drilling of boreholes and laboratory testing of soils and rocks.
• Develop, verify, and finalize geotechnical technical reports, including subsurface investigation reports, design briefs, and construction recommendations.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and fostering professional development in geotechnical best practices.
• Oversee and develop budgets, cost estimates, and manage project finances.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, research, reviews, and technical investigations.
• Prepare proposals and actively participate in engagement with clients, government organizations, the public and suppliers.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated technical skills in geotechnical engineering design, analysis and contract administration, underscored by relevant qualifications; a degree in Civil Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer with P.E.O. A minimum of 10 + years’ experience is expected, coupled with an understanding of pertinent codes, legislation, regulations and geotechnical design and analysis software. Experience in trenchless technologies, permafrost, seismic refraction, liquefaction and machine foundations would be an asset.

This position is classified as full time. • Lead environmental site assessments, site remediation and associated reporting.
• Coordinate and complete onsite investigations including Record of Site Condition projects.
• Lead hydrogeological program design.

• Perform project management, including oversight of budget, and supervision of assigned staff.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated technical skills in environmental engineering, underscored by relevant qualifications: a degree related to Environmental or Earth Science, registration as a Professional Engineer with P.E.O. or registration as a professional Geoscientist with P.G.O, as well as 15+ years’ experience and an understanding of legislation and regulations related to Environmental Science in Ontario.

This position is classified as full time. Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications ($108,000+ per year).
