MTO Referee Assignment–Material Testing Services (Outside Region)

This project consists of laboratory referee testing assignments from MTO Contract Quality Control whenever there is a discrepancy between the contractor and QA test results. The contractor and MTO representatives are often present to witness the handling and testing of samples. TBTE has successfully executed dozens of referee test samples to the satisfaction of clients and contractors.
