Project Manager

Position Description

Spearheading the management and coordination of multidisciplinary projects over TBTE’s diverse group of engineering divisions and ensuring quality deliverables, tailored to individual client requirements.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and scopes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and corporate standards.
• Coordinate multiple engineering divisions, fostering collaboration and maintaining accountability to meet project deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Oversee and develop budgets, cost estimates, and manage project financial considerations.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and fostering professional development.
• Prepare proposals and actively participate in procurement activities including engagement with clients, government organizations, the public and suppliers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary projects, including budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination; underscored by relevant qualifications; a degree in Engineering or a similar field relevant to the position, and a minimum of 10+ years’ experience. Certification as a Project Management Professional (P.M.P) from the Project Management Institute is an asset. This position is classified as full time. Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications ($95,000.00+).
